Shipping & Policies


All domestic orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation and tracking. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days. 

  • Orders in-stock will ship within 3-5 days. Made-to-order will ship 1-2 weeks of ordering. You will receive an email confirmation of tracking details.
  • Lost or stolen packages are non-refundable. We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses. Please verify correct shipping address once you complete your order
  • International Shipping
    Orders will be shipped out with FedEx or UPS International. Deliveries take between 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on service. Although your item will be shipped in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee how long your order will arrive due to customs. For delays please contact your local customs office. International shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be incurred. These are the responsibility of the recipient.


Returns will be accepted for online credit or exchange only. We only accept returns if an item is defective. If you wish to return a faulty product, we will gladly repair the original piece in accordance with the following process:

  • The product must have been purchased 10 days of receiving order.
  • Please notify us by email, prior to returning, with a brief description of fault and photo.
  • In the event of an exchange/repair, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
  • We cannot be responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping. All returns must be in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  • All returns must be sent via registered mail: USPS, UPS or FedEx. Insurance on package is recommended. 
  • All custom orders and sale items are final sale.
